Monsoon Season?

In Florida we know to expect a lot of rain during this time of year however the further we get into the storm season it seams more like monsoon season than hurricane season.  

Now is the time, if you have not already, to clean everything out so drainage can properly occur. One of the biggest leak finders is a clogged gutter or a backed up swell during the biggest storm of the season. 

The houses down here are built strong and made to withstand the wind and rain, but only if they are properly maintained and kept up. 

In the off season it is hard to think ahead and plan and prep for the rainy and stormy season, however it is very important.
