Water Can Turn Into What?

A small water damage issue may not seem like a large issue when it is happening. Maybe you grab a towel and a fan and dry it out yourself. This might work temporarily, however in the long run it is what you cannot not see, feel, or smell that will come back to haunt you. 

If a wall is affected in a water damage and is not properly dried out and remediated, which may include cutting drywall and insulation out as well, there may be growth. 

When a wall gets wet and only the exterior is dried out completely that leaves the insulation behind it still saturated. If insulation is left saturated and untreated it results in growth when untreated. You may not see it for an extended period of time if ever but eventually you may start to smell it.
