Storm Season

7/1/2020 (Permalink)

Storm season is here. In Florida storm season does not just pertain to the possibility of a hurricane or tropical storm coming our way. Storm season can also mean that rainy season is here. Rain affects everything in Florida. While kids are out of school and ready to head to the beach it is not always a possibility with the rain.

As the years pass and the seasons change the rain pattern is becoming a little bit more unpredictable as to the time of day when it will hit. It is almost always a guarantee that every day at some point it will rain, it could be in the middle of the day or in the middle of the night.

Rain season also means more humidity. Now is a great time to have your vents cleaning and an A/C tune up to make sure everything is in tip top shape. The last thing you want is to have your A/C go out and have the humidity level in your home rise to 100% as it is outside. Most people may think that it would just make the house uncomfortable to live in. There are much bigger things to keep in mind however, when the A/C is not running there is not humidity regulation in your home. High humidity levels can lead to mold in the home which can make your family sick and do a large amount of damage to your home if left untreated.

Now is the time to call for your duct and dryer vent cleaning!
