Common House Fire Hazards

Everyone cleans and does projects around their home, but not everyone knows the hazards of not cleaning up or using the wrong kind of product. Below we are going to list and talk about some of the common things at home that are hazards.
Piling up dirty rags. This can be especially harmful if there is dirt and grease in those rags. The oxidization causes them to quickly become a fire hazards.
During the winter everyone one wants to crawl into a nice warm bed, which means heated blankets. Be careful to use the heated blankets on the lowest setting and not to pile blankets and pillows on top.
Neglecting Appliance recalls is the next hazard. If you let your washer or dishwasher go without paying much attention to the recall it could lead to flooding in your home.
To go along with appliances is lingering dryer lint. Not taking care of your dryer lint can lead to a big problem and a house fire there after.
Pay attention to things like these. They may not seem like a bit deal now until they cause a problem such as a fire or some flooding.
