Hammock Dunes Fire in a Wall

This aquarium pulled too much juice from the outlet and started a fire on some flammable material. Damage occurred to the window casing, wall, baseboard, and when the carpet was pulled back, also to the hardwood flooring. We removed the charred debris and then sealed up the exposed exterior until the window and wall could be repaired. We deodorized the area and suggested to the owner to have an electrician fix the problem with the outlet to prevent future issues.
