Palm Coast Water Damaged Wall
The water heater, opposite this corner of the living room, gave way and saturated the common wall and baseboard. It was discovered immediately, so the water main was shut off to mitigate water damage. Our SERVPRO of Flagler County technician is drilling holes in the removed baseboard area to release a small amount of moisture and water between the walls, thus precluding the need to replace the lower 24 inches of drywall. This saved a mess and money for the happy homeowner.
