Palm Coast Water Damaged Wall
The water heater, opposite this corner of the living room, gave way and saturated the common wall and baseboard. It was discovered immediately, so the water main was shut off to mitigate water damage. Our SERVPRO of Flagler County technician is drilling holes in the removed baseboard area to release a small amount of moisture and water between the walls, thus precluding the need to replace the lower 24 inches of drywall. This saved a mess and money for the happy homeowner. After our equipment had dried out the water damaged corner, we were able to sanitize and deodorize, replace the wood coving, and prep the restored area for painting. Easily accomplished results with the right knowledge, equipment, and workmanship. Rely on us for help by dialing (386) 447-2202.
