Flagler Beach Condo Has Mold Infestation

This sink base cabinet was leaking water from the drain trap and eventually the moisture allowed dormant mold spores to develop into a colony.  The underlay had to be replaced along with the kickplate. Our SERVPRO technicians scrubbed off several areas before applying an antifungal product to kill these fungi and help prevent a future infestation. We fixed the trap to stop further leaking and found a similar looking tile to install as the new kickplate.
